  1. Expose defer information in DataFetchingFieldSelectionSet (#4355) 

    Data fetchers can now determine which fields are deferred via @defer,
allowing them to avoid pre-fetching data that the engine will execute
later. Adds SelectedField.isDeferred(), and getDeferredFields() /
getImmediateDeferredFields() on DataFetchingFieldSelectionSet.

Also enables deferSupport on the normalized operation when incremental
support is active, so deferred execution info propagates to the ENF tree.
