Remove DirectiveInfo class
DirectiveInfo is fully replaced by methods in Directives: BUILT_IN_DIRECTIVES, BUILT_IN_DIRECTIVES_MAP, isBuiltInDirective(). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
