This is simply not in the library currently.
It isn't currently required to publish on Google Play and adds things related to rotating signing keys, which probably wouldn't be relevant to this tool since it's more for signing once, but it would be nice to at least support the format for the initial signing process.

This isn't very high priority as it doesn't directly affect anything Pack is currently used for.
