Set base-branch in configuration for code-cov github action

In a pull request updating the codecov dependency, there appears to be an issue with the auto-detection of the [main branch resulting test failures](<https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-python/pull/5978>).

Explicitly setting this value in our yaml configuration should address this
