@stefanneculai I’ve created my own type definition for froala for what I’m working on. If I created a pull request here to add them to the project would it be accepted?
@petester42 Please share your type definitions, it would save other people (like me) the work 👍

I can confirm that they exist, although not optimal, I had to work a little bit around the included types. For example, the RegisterCommand type does not allow any options (for dropdown), and the callback only has one parameters while two are technically allowed.

Any update on this? To ignore this request for such an expensive product since 2017 is really confusing to me...

I recently got an email from their sales guys about a satisfaction survey. I told them about the TypeScript Definitions, here is their answer:

So it should be about time... #FingersCrossed

Thanks for the quick response! Now we only have to figure out what's the upcoming editor cycle 😉

There still aren't any typings, are there?
Luis-Sejer commentedon Feb 27, 2023
@D4sK43nguru Unfortunately, doesn't seem like it...

It would be nice to have types indeed. No ivy build, no types. As for now, it's not an angular friendly editor :/

Type Definitions are now available. Refer: https://froala.com/wysiwyg-editor/changelog/#4.1.0

Edit: I was refering to a now deleted comment about not finding the type defintions.

They are still missing for
vue-froala-wysiwyg, which breaks my Vite config.
