Code Review
This pull request introduces video support for the Live API sample, which is a significant and well-executed feature addition. The changes include extensive refactoring of audio and video input handling, making them more robust and platform-aware, especially for macOS. The state management in the main application has also been nicely simplified. I've left a couple of suggestions for minor code cleanup and to improve robustness in handling loading states. Overall, this is a great update.
Description
Note: macOS version still has bugs for video+audio
