web-console connector error times don't have a timezone

- We should make sure we display time zones in the web-console e.g. for connector errors right now it says 18:39:53 but it's not clear what it means
- Similarly the timezone should ideally be the same for logs + things we display in connectors but that might be more of a backend issue
