Summary

When user overrides the orderBy in before.find hook it should be cleared for countQuery.

I thought the tests were failing because of the npm ci issue (that has been fixed in #160) but it appears that there are still issues with this change. The tests are throwing many errors with clearOrder not being a function. See the job at https://travis-ci.org/feathersjs-ecosystem/feathers-knex/jobs/387522236

I will revert for now but new PR with passing tests would be great!

clearOrder() method has been added in knex.js 0.14.5 (https://knexjs.org/#changelog), you use knex.js 0.14.0 for tests, how about updating it?

Ah ok, if you could make the pull request again with the update version as a dependency, that would be great.
