A refresh fixed this.

The push resulted in:

• Count on window title being [1], favicon being red;
• Audible bing;
• Desktop notif.

This should have been caught by RoomListStore MatrixActions.RoomMember.membership, resulting in regeneration the room lists from MatrixClient state.
