  1. Removed cacheing of settings 

    Failing to compare settingsCache with settings in cases when settings have more complex data in it (like numpy arrays, objects of any kind, etc...). Checking in such cases would involve "deepdiff", what in turn may use substantial amount of CPU time every time check is performed.
It is simpler and more effective, just to remove it, and keep only market data caching.
