  2. Docker compose support. Creates 3 Docker containers: 

    1)  Mongo DB container storing data in .db/
2)  API server container running "npm run dev" with INITDB=1 to create
the MongoDB database (in lbangadmin database)
3)  Angular server running "grunt serve".  Accessible via
http://localhost:9000
