  1. ci: soft-fail bump-pinata and update-docs in release workflow 

    Add continue-on-error: true to the bump-pinata and update-docs jobs
so that failures in these jobs emit warnings instead of blocking the
entire release workflow and preventing the GitHub Release from being
created.
