[pydantic v2] Push and pulling tests not passing with pydantic v2 #1810

Description

FAILED tests/integrations/store/test_file.py::test_pull_stream_vs_pull_full - AssertionError: Streamed memory usage should not be dependent on the size of the data

When uncommenting the skip for pydantic v2 this test fails, and we should understand why
