The position and size of the Python Task wizard are saved upon closing. However, when reopening the wizard, its height increases by a small amount. Repeatedly closing and reopening causes the height to grow larger over time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Python Task wizard.
2. Move or resize the wizard.
3. Close the wizard (the position and size are saved).
4. Reopen the wizard multiple times.
5. Observe that the height increases slightly each time.

Expected Behavior:
The wizard should reopen with the exact same size and position as when it was last closed.
