Shows chats shared with the current user in the Agents sidebar by adding a chat list source filter for created, shared, and all accessible chats. The sidebar defaults to chats created by the current user, and the filter dropdown can include chats shared with the current user.

Shared chats are visually identified in the sidebar subtitle area with the sharing owner's name.

The sidebar URL filter parsing intentionally only validates untrusted URL values. When writing filter state back to the URL, it writes the already-typed UI state directly instead of re-canonicalizing it, which keeps the source and chat status filter plumbing simpler and avoids defensive helpers that do not add value for controlled checkbox state.
