User Story
As a user, I want to be able to see a community leaderboard so that I can compare my activity levels to other users in the community

Acceptance Criteria
Location exists that shows aggregate data of all users in the community, ideally paginated so that it's not all shown at once, and the user should be able to see where they rank in the community
