  1. examples: add minimal skill-eval harness 

    Demonstrates using the SDK for skill evaluations: runs a prompt against a
fixture project whose .claude/skills/ contains the skill under test, verifies
the expected Skill tool call appears in the message stream, grades the final
assistant text, and reports cost/turns/duration from ResultMessage.
