Right now the app dynamics agent tier name is configured/hard coded in:
config/app_dynamics_agent.yml as "Cloud Foundry"

Problem is changing the tier name would have to fork the java buildpack.

Can we just make the capability to override the default "Cloud Foundry" through service?
