detected_buildpack string is getting too long for cloud controller #58

I filed this issue against the CC: cloudfoundry/cloud_controller_ng#235

It appears that general consensus is moving against recording component versions in the detected_buildpack field.

James suggested instead perhaps registering this data as a file in the droplet.

Thoughts?
