JRE is no longer available as part of the staging process #432

As part of the compile step of the java buildpack we run a small utility jar (packed as a resource)

Now after updating to commit b8fecd8 the JRE is no longer available.
Please, advise us how we can adapt to the new change and still be able to use JRE
