The problem
My use case is using the picker to select a date, and then showing a calendar view of the day/week of that date and the events (meetings, scheduled tasks, deadlines - whatever) which occur on that day/week.
With the current picker features, the only special treaments of dates which are supported are:
- Current date (Today)
- Hover/Selected day
There isn't a way of adding any other annotations such as "Days with events"
The solution
By having some kind of indication in the picker view of which days have events, I could let users know which days/weeks were worth opening in the calendar view for more detail.
