I use Linux Nobara KDE NV 2weeks now and its amazing and it works better then Windows with everything I personally need. The only issue i have, is to open the latest FL Studio Application that works. I downloaded the FLStudio25App in bottles and it updated it without any Problem (Version 26.1.3.5570). After a Fix or new available update from ImageLine 26.1.4.5589 my FLStudio has an verification error and i can´t open it no matter which dependencies i change use analyse .... now i came to the conclusion that the checksum and the downloadlink in the BottlesManifest for FLStudio isn´t the same as the DownloadApp from the ImageLine homepage so PLS WINE or Bottles or who is in charge of this great systems CHANGE THE THINGS U HAVE TO CHANGE SO WE CAN HAVE THE LATEST FLSTUDIO APP!!! I made one Manifest but am knowing nothing about Manifests or everythings going on or to change manifests (2Week in the LinuxGame) i tried my best.
22429 Update the check for the company name when verifying code signatures
This is what they changed i guess and today they bringing out a new version 26.1.5
Looks like slow going to get into any upcoming version. Not sure how to help get more traction on that one. I've asked and it was mentioned sometimes it takes a while.
I wanted to test the daw-proton-ge but wasn't able to figure out how to test a local version of wine in a bottle. I haven't taken the time to set up a test repo for that as a runner either. (If anyone else has some time perhaps?)

WINTRUST_DefaultVerify returning 80096004This is the error line I found in Wine's wintrust module. I'm case that helps anyone else with hunting for a workaround.
There is a little discussion in these links too:

Any version greater than 26.1.3 (starting at 26.1.4 thus) will have this problem due to the new certificate.

When I was setting up FL Studio 26.1.5, I also encountered the same error. Had to downgrade to 26.1.3 and it's working!

There is a patch submitted upstream to wine to fix this validation error: https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/11824

Another user has a working Proton branch here: https://github.com/KitsuneDev/daw-proton-ge/releases/
