Description

@kouloumos

Setting the tone for reviewers is crucial to emphasize their pivotal role in improving the AI transcription. I'm currently exploring several ideas aimed at refining our onboarding flow to set appropriate expectations.

One such idea is what I call "The Reviewer Manifesto". This preamble aims to inspire reviewers, highlighting their unique position and the importance of their contributions in enhancing the transcripts' quality. I've got two versions, the second version tries to integrate some of the reviewing guidelines.

This could be presented the first time someone opens the page to edit a transcript, and maybe we could have a checkbox-to-continue as some kind of informal agreement.

The Reviewer Manifesto

Here, in the realm of Bitcoin technical transcripts,
you are the architects of accuracy and clarity, the
artisans refining the very fabric of knowledge.

Listen closely to the source material and delve deeper
into the intricacies of Bitcoin and Lightning through
meticulous editing. Your contributions not only enrich
your understanding but also enhance discoverability,
ease navigation, and fortify the collective wealth of
Bitcoin knowledge.

Thank you for your dedication, passion, and unwavering
commitment to perfection. Your edits echoes beyond the
confines of text, shaping the landscape of Bitcoin's
understanding for generations to come.

The Reviewer Manifesto (extended)

Here, in the realm of Bitcoin technical transcripts,
you are the architects of accuracy and clarity, the
artisans refining the very fabric of knowledge.

Listen closely to the source material and delve deeper
into the intricacies of Bitcoin and Lightning through
meticulous editing.

Aim for an 'edited transcription' style, preserving meaning
without paraphrasing. Omit stammering, filler words, and
irrelevant non-verbal communication, while balancing
completeness and readability.

Enhance readability by breaking text into paragraphs and
ensuring accurate punctuation marks. Your expertise is
crucial in identifying AI transcription errors and clarifying
technical terms.

Unlock the value of transcripts; by adding relevant tags,
chapters and precise metadata (title, speaker names, date)
you enhance discoverability and navigation, ultimately
fortifying the collective wealth of Bitcoin knowledge.

Thank you for your dedication, passion, and unwavering
commitment to perfection. Your edits echoes beyond the
confines of text, shaping the landscape of Bitcoin's
understanding for generations to come.
