Improve translation quality #915
Description
Code changes:
- update all strings to have a description about how they're used. This'll mean examining each usage and separating them.
Translation:
- Re-translate everything. This can probably be automated with AI these days, now there will be context available.

I've added a "[key]:comment" prop to all english files. This can be loaded up with context about where the string is being used, and that'll help with translation quality.
