fix: replace MP4 with GIF for inline playback on GitHub
GitHub READMEs don't render MP4 from repo raw URLs inline - they trigger downloads. GIFs always auto-play directly on the page. Converted 45s showcase video to optimized animated GIF (2.5MB) using ffmpeg two-pass palettegen at 12fps/900px. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
