For building the packages we should install all the pip VCS options #229

Currently

git+https

in requirements.txt will fail using the base lambda python image because git is not installed as per #228

We should support all the options that pip has for VCS support as per https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/topics/vcs-support/ so we can collect all the requirements correctly when building the packages.
