  1. chore: enable Dependabot version updates for all published modules 

    The Maven entry pointed at a non-existent directory, so only security
updates were being raised. Cover all seven published modules with a
monthly grouped minor/patch update, ignore major bumps (Java 8 floor)
and internal com.amazonaws:aws-lambda-java-* artifacts.
