Can't open custom terminal after upgrading to v1.4.0 #21597

Description

OS: Windows 11 & Windows 10

I use the SHELL environment variable to set %windir%\system32\cmd.exe as my terminal. This worked fine in previous versions, but after upgrading to v1.4.0, doing this causes the terminal window to freeze when opening a terminal from Opencode Desktop.

Switching to git bash has the same issue.
