It works fine, even though it's hard to see it as many jobs which kill the rate limit are running atm. |

This should solve the
Error: 403 Forbidden (Rate Limit Exceeded)errors in the Browser Stack job.The patch comes from karma-runner/karma-browserstack-launcher#40 by @shirish87
