DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#4564 (comment) is done now.
But, I still get errors copying our generated .d.ts across to DefinitelyTyped, eg.

/Users/alexeagle/Projects/DefinitelyTyped/angular2/angular2.d.ts(26,5): error TS7013: Construct signature, which lacks return-type annotation, implicitly has an 'any' return type.
