Hi! hope you are all well,
please consider merging this PR as many people actually use the CSS-in-javascript guide as a learning material/tool
that are either not native English speakers or might have limited English knowledge and will certainly find the addition of these translations helpful.
Japanese - Korean - Persian - Russian translation repos added
