GraalPy v25.3 is not available #1352

Description:

Docs says:

setup-python is able to download GraalPy versions from the official GraalPy repository.

• All available versions that we can download are listed in releases.

Yet, I can't select latest release by python-version: graalpy-25. The v25.2.4 release selected instead.

(I suspect it's because archive name pattern was changed: latest release is 3.13-compiliant and starts with graalpy3.13-, instead of graalpy3.12-)
