fix(deps): bump nested undici from 6.24.0 to 6.29.0 (#403)
Updates the copy of `undici` nested under `@actions/http-client`, which
`@actions/core` depends on, from 6.24.0 to 6.29.0. That's still within
`@actions/http-client`'s `^6.23.0` range.
Dependabot can't update this copy on its own because `undici@8` is also
a direct dev dependency. This PR runs `npm update undici`, which updates
it. The release PR will rebuild `dist/`.
- `npm ls undici` now shows `undici@6.29.0` under `@actions/http-client`
and `undici@8.11.2` at the top level.
- `npm test` passes with 100% coverage.
