Describe the bug
The window can be sized to any size, but the video iframe has width & height attributes that aren't overridden.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Demos > Video with sign language sourced from YouTube
2. Enable Sign Language view
3. Resize larger than 640px wide
4. See iframe stays locked.

Expected behavior
Video should enlarge with window.
