I think there's a chance that your issue is not actually related to ICC but rather this: "The server runs on a virtual Ubuntu-Server", iirc there were some issues with opening ports through virtual servers but who knows... |

I encountered a problem when entering the game after killing the Lich King.
Approximate scenario of the problem:
The raid kills the Lich King. After that, no one can enter the game. Everyone who participated in killing the boss must re-enter the game. The more players in the raid, the longer the wait to enter the game. At the same time, everyone who is in the game has no problems. But if they leave, they will not be able to enter either. The cure is a server reboot.
Tried two clean cores TDB 335.24081 and TDB 335.24111
The server runs on a virtual Ubuntu-Server
Also tried different game clients. Official and time-tested on different servers. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
