What is the expected behaviour?

• No users should be added to a group during its creation.

What is the current behaviour?

• While creating a new group, users appear to be added or loaded on the UI. However, after refreshing, the user count resets to zero.

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Go to the Groups tab in a workspace that has multiple groups and users assigned.
   2.Create a new group.
