Need to add relative time in OccToEvents_By_Chunk and OccToEvents3 #71

Otherwise the graphs that depend on relative time don't work for those mappings. I think the computation can work the same way. Also, while we are at it, we should renumber the sequence numbers within thread that have been re-chunked, so that they are just sequential.
