  1. feat: add GitHub Pages docs site with MkDocs Material 

    Added mkdocs.yml with Material theme, dark/light mode, nav for all 18 skills, docs, changelog, and MCP server. Created docs/index.md landing page. Added deploy-docs.yml workflow for GitHub Pages deployment. Generated logo-docs.png and favicon.png. Added docs badge and Documentation nav link to README. Updated AGENTS.md and .cursorrules.
