This backup must be restored to a suitable DB server and the web.config file must be updated accordingly. 

The backup is from a Sql Server 2008 Db in compatibility mode 90 (Sql Server 2005) - You will need to restore to a version of Sql Server 2008. 

It contains release versions of the MsSqlSpatial trunk and the data from the Countries/Rivers/Cities shapefiles
