meta-nuvoton: evb-npcm845: adjust flash partition layout
Adjust flash partition offsets to accommodate the NPCM845 secure boot architecture which requires additional space for TIP firmware manifests and boot components. The updated offsets provide proper alignment and sufficient space for: - U-Boot environment at 7936 KB (increased from 3840 KB) - Kernel FIT image at 8192 KB (increased from 4096 KB) - Root filesystem at 16384 KB (increased from 12288 KB) Signed-off-by: Tim Lee <timlee660101@gmail.com> Change-Id: Id27125a541ad0711e5dda34664d522c5abd12f63
