Endless polling loop?  #479

I've noticed that within the PollingStreamNotifier, in case of exceptions (in my case i disabled the sql server instance, so it couldnt get a valid connection anymore) the subject OnError isnt getting called? Shouldn't this be done in case of exceptions?
Or how can we get some notification/callbacks where we can act upon in situations like this? Since now its just keeps polling.

I expected that the error callback provided in the SubscribeToAll method, was called.. but it isn't
