Subject: [PATCH] Preserve raw ParamSpec bounds on Python 3.15

Keep supplied bound objects unchanged, matching CPython v3.15.0. Retain the original Python regression without the obsolete 3.14.8 reference pin or TextIOWrapper prerequisite.
