There are two more DEVELOPMENT.md references besides L304, and they don't all have the same fix.

L268 and L304 are fallout from fc637a155 (#7914), which renamed DEVELOPMENT.md to CONTRIBUTING.md without updating AGENTS.md. Repointing them is enough.

L272 was introduced already broken in 7a516c44c (#6728). Grepping every revision in history finds "CPython Version Upgrade Checklist" only in AGENTS.md and its predecessor .github/copilot-instructions.md, never in DEVELOPMENT.md. It is not in the wiki either. So the section was never written, and today this is a heading with no body:

Fixing that one needs the actual build steps written, or the heading removed.
