New-Service, Set-Service - no ability to set gMSA as Service Account #8641

These commands do not allow a gMSA to be set as a service account on a service from what I can see (it's not documented if it is possible).
This reduces their usefulness and pollutes Powershell scripts because older methods still need to be used in the script eg Get-WMIObject.
