Android TabStripItems not aligned correctly when one of the image is smaller. #8414

Environment
Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

• CLI: 6.4.2
• Cross-platform modules: 6.4.2
• Android Runtime: 6.4.0
• iOS Runtime: 6.4.0

Describe the bug
When using icons/images with different sizes in bottom navigaion on android the text under the icons/images is not on the same line:

To Reproduce
Create an application with bottom navigation and different images inside the tab strip items.

Expected behavior
The texts below should be on the same line.
