Describe the bug
After scanning QR code in Playground in Device Logs is printed error for loading app.css but actually it is loaded and changes are applied.

To Reproduce

1. Open https://play.nativescript.org/
2. Scan QR code with device
3. Open Device log tab

Expected behavior
app.css to load and no error related to its loading to be shown
