Performance improvements #2144

PERF TESTS:

• Measure performance of Map vs Object - set & get
• Measure getValue from DP vs get("string") which makes DP from Key
• Research if possible to keep native widgets in _onDetach in a weakReference instead of destroying them (faster back nav).

LISTVIEW OPTIMIZATIONS:

• Add test for ListView bound to JS Object - then call refresh and change the source
• Remove ListView.common - bindingContext = null;
• Remove _inheritProperties call from list-view-common

OPTIMIZATIONS:

• Android - change all AffectsLayout options to None.
• Implement the BorderDrawable class used in background.android.ts in Java (Implement the BorderDrawable class used in background.android.ts in Java #2318)
• Move UILabel extended class to ios-widgets
• ios ListView - should use rowHeight when measuring the itemTemplate
• iOS avoid invalidating measure when measured with EXACTLY mode - for Label, Image
