The "Import Jupyter Notebook" command auto-previews the notebook content in the Python Interactive window.
When ipynb files are opened from the explorer, auto-preview the notebook content in the Interactive window. If users also choose to import the notebook (via the notification which stays for 15 seconds), then don't preview twice.
