Starting the Python Interactive window directly doesn't show the sysInfo cell #3673

Description

@IanMatthewHuff

Use the Python: Show Python Interactive window command to start the server and show the window.

There is no sys info cell seen to see what version of python you are running and what URI you are connected to. When you actually run a cell from a file then the syninfo will show up. This info is most relevant when you start the server and should be shown then. You would get no sysinfo if you only use the code input cell.

In this example only the markdown cell was run from a file.
