Hi,

Issue #1698 was resolved, but I checked my Path var and cannot find any errors. The supplied screenshot in that issue show the percent sign. I do have that one in my Path var since I am on Windows 10. But when I open VS Code the message displayed does not show the percent sign. So I am unsure if that is a problem or not.
